No hopper restrictions
Max L4 Experience (little to no tournament experience)

* No experience in the PSP/NPPL
* Player can not have placed first in any local tournament
* Maximum of 3 MPS events
* Can not have placed first in any MPS event

LEVEL 4 (NON-COMPETITIVE)

Ages 16+
